Getting Started
- We'll schedule a 15 minute phone consultation to chat about your needs.
- Once we make our working relationship official, we'll schedule your website build.
Preparing your content
- I’ll send you a branding & design questionnaire to get a thorough understanding of your website vision including styling preferences, functional requirements, and your business needs.
- You'll provide any text, images, and graphics you already have. I will take it from here!
Week Of Web Design
- I will select the best template and design for your website based on your styling preferences and business needs.
- I will use my copywriting skills to edit your content or write new content altogether. I may also source stock photos or hire a photographer when necessary and handle the creative process.
- I will then organize all the content to best promote your business and services in a visually compelling and user friendly way.
- You should make yourself available during this week to answer questions, send over any more content I need, and provide feedback along the process.
Launch
- You will give the final go-ahead to launch your brand new website.
- I will make your website live and transfer all website ownership to you.
- On the final day I will provide a one hour training screenshare call and give you a file of PDF instructions on how to update content on your website

Payments
A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract, the balance is due at the end of the week at which time I will transfer website ownership to you. All prices are in US Dollars and I accept checks, bank transfers, and Venmo. *Please note that additional fees apply for web hosting with Squarespace and any 3rd party additional services you choose, for instance Mailchimp.
Refund Policy
The deposit is refundable as follows: Up to 14 days before project start 100% refund. Up to 7 days before project start 50% refund. No refund within 7 days of project. Once the project has started the full amount is due and not refundable. You can and should contact me at any time if you have any concerns before or during the project.
